Junior Sub-Committee Representative

The role of the Junior sub-committee members is to assist the Junior Coordinator with the management of the junior section of the club.

provide input to decision making re team composition, junior coaching and team manager appointments, team training times
assist with the management of all equipment for distribution to the teams and the recovery of this equipment on seasons end
assist with the resolution of any player or coaching issues
assist with the organising of junior social events
assist with the organising of junior registration day
ensure junior parents are adequately represented
advocate for junior pathways from junior to senior hockey
encourage juniors and their families to participate in senior programs
promote junior academy and development programs
