Can I try hockey before joining?
Yes. New players are welcome to come and try hockey before committing.
If you are new to the club, returning after time away, or unsure which team or program is right for you, contact the club and we can help direct you to the best starting point.
I have not played for a few years. Can I still join?
Yes. Greensborough Hockey Club welcomes returning players.
The club has a range of playing levels across senior, masters and development teams, so returning players can usually find a suitable option.
I am a beginner adult. Where should I start?
Beginner adults should contact the club first so we can understand your experience, availability and preferred type of hockey.
For many adults, a lower-grade or development team can be a good starting point.
Do you play summer hockey?
For club competition players, training is generally included as part of team participation.
Training details depend on the team, age group and competition.

I have a busy life. Are there flexible playing options?
Yes. Some competitions and teams may suit players who need a more flexible hockey commitment.

I am a goalkeeper but do not have gear. Can I still play?
Yes. The club may be able to help with goalkeeper equipment, depending on availability and team needs.
