Contact Greensborough Hockey Club
Not sure who to contact? Start here.
Greensborough Hockey Club receives many different types of enquiries across new players, junior hockey, senior hockey, fees, sponsorship, volunteering, ground use and general club matters.
To help your enquiry reach the right person, please choose the option that best matches what you need. If you want to discuss access or a practical adjustment before a first visit, see Location and first-visit access, then contact the club. You do not need to include a diagnosis or medical history in your first message.
New player enquiry
For children, parents, adults or returning players who want to start playing hockey at Greensborough.
Use this option if you are unsure where to begin, which program applies, or whether Saturday Morning Hockey, Junior Club Competition or senior hockey is the right starting point.
Saturday Morning Starter Program
For families asking about Hookin2Hockey, Under 6, Under 8 or Under 10 hockey.
Use this option for questions about young children starting hockey, Saturday morning times, equipment, registration, new players or parent questions.
Junior Club Competition
For Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 players who are ready to play regular Hockey Victoria club competition.
Use this option for questions about age groups, training, Friday night or Saturday morning games, team placement, registration and junior playing fees.
Senior, women’s, men’s and masters hockey
For adults, returning players, senior players, masters players, or players moving into senior hockey.
Use this option if you want to join a senior team, return to hockey, ask about training, or find the right playing level.
Fees and payments
For questions about club competition fees, Hockey Victoria registration, payment options or which fee applies.
Use this option if you are already joining a club competition team and need help with the payment or registration process.
Sponsorship and business support
For businesses, families or community supporters interested in sponsoring or supporting Greensborough Hockey Club.
Use this option for sponsorship packages, signage, player sponsorship, advertising or partnership enquiries.
Volunteering
For members, parents, players or supporters who would like to help around the club.
Use this option if you are interested in coaching, team management, events, fundraising, operations, communications, committee work or small practical tasks.
Ground and clubroom hire enquiries
For ground hire, use Bookings & Ground Hire. Clubroom hire enquiries go to the GHC Secretary; availability is limited and an enquiry does not confirm a booking.
Report a maintenance issue
If you notice something at the ground or clubrooms that needs repair, email the GHC Secretary. Include the location, what needs attention, when you noticed it, and whether the area may be unsafe. A photo can help, but do not photograph people or share private details unnecessarily.
If there is an immediate danger, keep people clear and tell the on-site club official straight away. Do not rely on email for an emergency; call 000 when emergency services are needed.
Injury support and reporting
If a player or visitor is injured, use the injury support and reporting guide for immediate steps, club contact, Hockey Australia reporting and insurance information.
General club enquiry
If your question does not fit one of the categories above, contact secretary@greensboroughhockeyclub.com.au including enough detail so your message can be directed to the right person.
