Greensborough Hockey Club invites Under 8 and Under 10 players to enjoy the Hockey One experience at the Melbourne Cobras v NSW Pride women’s match.
The match starts at 2:30 pm on Sunday 11 October 2026. Children aged 5–12 can experience Hockey One and enjoy fun half-time activities on the field. In addition, the Hockey One Strike Force gives young players a memorable match-day experience.
Moreover, this Hockey One Strike Force opportunity helps young players watch high-level hockey, meet other players and enjoy an exciting day with family and friends.
What participants receive at the Hockey One Strike Force
- Free entry to the men’s and women’s matches
- One complimentary ticket for a parent or guardian
- A participant T-shirt
Places are limited to the first 30 eligible responses, so families should reply promptly. As a result, families should nominate early if they would like to take part in the Hockey One Strike Force.
How to nominate for the Hockey One Strike Force
Parents or guardians should reply with the child’s full name and age, an email address for ticket delivery, and a T-shirt size: Youth Small, Youth Medium or Youth Large.

Parent volunteers required
We also need four adult Match-Day Coordinators. Parents or guardians of participating children may volunteer. However, volunteers must provide their Working with Children Check details.
After Hockey Victoria confirms the participant and coordinator details, it will send further match-day information. Finally, to nominate your child or volunteer for the Hockey One Strike Force, email teganriordan@hotmail.com.
