Volunteering at a hockey club is not one single job. Clubs need different kinds of help, and useful contributions can be regular, occasional, practical or behind the scenes.
Practical club support
People may help prepare spaces, organise equipment, support the canteen, welcome families or assist activities on club days.
Behind-the-scenes work
Administration, communication, technology, fundraising, planning and record keeping also help the club operate.
Small contributions matter
A manageable task can make a real difference when it is clear, bounded and matched to the volunteer’s time and interests.
