Smarter Connections provides tailored supports designed to help people maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Its services include personal and self-care, respite and companionship care, social supports and community access, transport, and domestic assistance.
The organisation works with clients, families, support coordinators and case managers to understand individual needs and match people with locally employed support workers. That person-centred approach is important because good support is not one-size-fits-all—it starts with listening and understanding what matters to each person.
