A request does not reserve the ground. GHC will check availability and applicable conditions, then confirm or decline the booking. If your request is time-sensitive, please call as well. Fees and requirements will be confirmed before any booking is agreed.

Clubroom hire enquiries
Limited clubroom hire is available. To ask whether your proposed use can be accommodated, email the GHC Secretary with your preferred date and time, the type of activity and an approximate number of people. The Secretary will discuss availability, conditions and any fee before a booking is considered. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
