Use this form to tell the club when you cannot play one or more weekend games, or to correct an earlier notice. Include the game dates and year. For a late change that may affect the next game, contact your team manager directly as well.

Weekend teams only. Junior, midweek and Masters players should contact their team manager directly. If unsure, email hockeyoperations@greensboroughhockeyclub.com.au.
