By providing members with what they want on and off the pitch and by being inclusive and sociable with a strong volunteer community and one identity, we will create a fun and inspirational experience for all.
With planning and the members on board, events can help spread the word to potential new members or sponsors, raise funds and strengthen links with schools and the local community. Planning for events starts with the timeline and working backwards.
Members who participate in decision-making will feel a higher degree of ownership and commitment to the club. To successfully implement the strategic plans takes more than an individual, more than the leadership team to translate goals into action. We need the support of members.
Maintaining a vibrant and thriving club requires the need for us to constantly evolve to meet the expectations of our membership. We need to understand how our members and parents view our club and the value it delivers.
