URGENT PLAYER SURVEY – ALL PLAYERS TO COMPLETE
Hockey Victoria has set a deadline of 𝟐𝟐 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 for team entries so we need ALL players to complete our short survey. This will allow us to enter the correct number of teams so that everyone wanting to play, has a team to play in.

We understand your circumstances could have changed from earlier in the year as a result of COVID-19 so we need every player to complete the survey even if you have decided not to play or you are currently undecided.
There will be a financial impact as a result of a shorter season and it appears we may be able to reduce playing membership by 20 to 25% but this can not be finalised until we know when the season starts.
Any new players to club can also complete the survey.
