Joe delivers a serious workout, muscles you never knew existed will quiver in protest as you move between glute bridges, tricep dips and planks. No equipment is needed, it’s suitable for all levels. Imagine training with a bunch of people just like you without leaving your home.
Your Online Personal Training Program
Program 1
$30 per week (join-in)
- Participate in virtual, interactive Group fitness sessions via Zoom
- Access to 16 sessions a week from Monday to Saturday
- Access to training plans if you are unable to join the actual online session
- Access to training plans if you are unable to join the actual online session
- Private FB group with exclusive training ideas
- Any questions answered quickly
Bonus for members & supporters of the Greensborough Hockey Club

Setup
We have made the shift from Face to Face training to training at home via Zoom, here are some tips to make the transition easier?
- If you have a pair of wireless headphones (with a mic) you will definitely want to use them
- Setup your device in one location and only move it around if you really need to. This will improve your video quality and minimise jittering. I will demonstrate exercises so keep it close enough that you can see me. Ideally you have it set up so that I can see you clearly both on the ground and when standing.
- Set up your session the same way we would together outdoors. Have your mat laid out, your weights and bands to the side and a water bottle close at hand. Try not to leave equipment in different rooms!

Joe has been coaching sport and fitness for over 20 years, running Group Outdoor Fitness classes and 1 on 1 training in Mt Eliza. He also coaches Men’s Premier league Hockey as well as hockey programs at local schools. He knows when to challenge you and when you need support.
His sporting background and experience in outdoor training means you can be guaranteed each session will be full of variety, mixing cardio, boxing, interval training, weights and body weight resistance.
