Junior Umpires Coordinator

The Role

Briefly, the role of the umpire’s coordinator is to encourage junior players and parents to become involved with umpiring.

The role of the team coach includes:

  • roster umpires for junior games
  • provide support and encouragement to junior umpires at each game.
  • assist junior umpires with positioning, rules interpretations and any conflicts or issues that arise during the game.
  • feedback attendance and any concerns or issues with the junior umpires to the Junior Coordinator.
