Flexible structures allow us match volunteers with suitable jobs:

Sub-committees and working groups are made up of committee members and other volunteers. They are responsible for doing the jobs and they regularly prepare progress reports for committee meetings but they do not attend except by special invitation. Members can be members of multiple or sing sub-committees or working groups and groups can be formed/modified/disbanded by the Committee as required.
