The commencement date is not far away now.
Demolition is planned to be completed by March but first AGL must move the power. Current thinking suggests there will be no impact on the car parking but there will be no access to any of the other facilities until the expected handover in January 2021.
For season 2020 we must use temporary facilities (changerooms & toilets).
