With the introduction from hockey Victoria of a new points based system for yellow and Red Card penalties in Premier League we will be introducing some changes to the selection policy.
Where a player receives a yellow card for poor discipline/conduct during a match i.e. arguing with officials etc… they will not be available for selection in that or any higher grade for the following round. If a player receives a red card they will be suspended for the following round.
Incidents will be taken as reported by team officials, Coaches, Managers & Team Captains. Consideration will be given to the context of the game, infringement and level of umpiring.
