Notice is hereby given to members that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Greensborough Hockey Club will be conducted at the club rooms on Thursday 3 December commencing at 7.30 pm.

  2. Presentation of 2015 Annual Report & Financial Statements
  3. Election of Office Bearers
    • President
    • Vice President
    • Secretary
    • Treasurer
    • Up to 5 Committee members
  4. Nominations for Life Membership
  5. General Business
    • Proposed Fees & payment structure for 2016
    • Proposal to implement an Annual levy on all members to fund a ground resurfacing sinking fund
    • Progress report regarding resurfacing of GRN-1
